Cuisine For lunch come and enjoy a variety of salads, quiches, or maybe a classic New Orleans Muffuletta Panini. After a round of golf, satisfy your craving for shrimp cocktail or ½ dozen oysters with a glass of wine from our Fabulous selection Wines. Our full bar and patio will be available from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for your favorite Happy Hour deals. In the evening enjoy all the classic dishes like Escargot in garlic-herb butter, braised “Boeuf Bourguignon”, sautéed calf liver with crispy onion straws and bacon, or the chef’s hometown most popular dish, “Sauerkraut”.
